Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least at Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant
field.
3 to 5 years+ experience technical pre-sales, network administration, or security system
integration
Strong interest and knowledge of IT Security and Cybersecurity.
Experience in handling having technical skills in Operating System (Windows and Linux),
Network Security Appliances (UTM/NGFW, DLP, Vulnerability Assesment, DNS Security etc.), and strong
knowledge in TPC/IP networks would be highly regarded.
Hold any Certifications with Network Security Appliances from vendors; With deployment
experiences.
Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Pre-Sales Engineer to understand deployment requirement of Security Solutions and
Appliances requirement are delivered as per proposal for client.
Build testing environments to validate the proposed security features meet compliance
standards and performance expectations.
Maintain integration SOPs, configuration checklists, and test case templates.
Collaborate with internal project implementation teams to translate design concepts into
deployable operational systems.
To implement and deploy security solution and appliances
To maintain and manage multiple security solutions and appliances remote or on-site support as
well as provide solutions to clients.
To resolve incidents escalated by client pertaining to deployed and supported solutions as per
contract.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data integrity and
availability.
To perform preventive maintenance for security appliances/solutions
To troubleshoot any issue related with the servers/solutions
To support the Monitoring and Incident Response team, to ensure monitoring services
continuous 24x7 operation without an issue.
Maintain partnerships with tech vendors to keep security solutions up-to-date against emerging
threats.
To comply with the Information Security Policy in the organization.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To support Adaptive Cyber Security Team, when required, in order to ensure successful
deployment of SIEM and Monitoring Solution.
To assist in internal projects if needed
To assist in preparing internal process flow and procedure
To assist in extensive Research & Development (R&D).
