We're Hiring: Assistant Supervisor – Warehouse (Inbound / Outbound)

Join one of Malaysia's fastest-growing F&B companies! We're expanding our warehouse team and looking for proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Supervisors for both our Inbound and Outbound operations — supporting receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities while ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, picking, packing & dispatch activities
• Ensure accurate GRN/DO processing & ERP/WMS documentation
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and inventory accuracy
• Support HACCP, HALAL & GMP compliance
• Guide, coordinate and monitor the inbound/outbound team
• Assist in daily briefings, task allocation & continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
• Min. 2–3 years' experience in warehouse (inbound or outbound) operations
• F&B or cold-chain warehouse experience is an advantage
• Basic supervisory or leadership exposure
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems
• Willing to work in a shift-based environment (for Outbound / Inbound)
