Responsibilities
The
Sales & Operations Manager
is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the company's logistics operations.
This is a dual-function role covering
sales, business development, customer relationship management, transport coordination, warehouse/fulfilment operations, cost control and team management
.
The role requires someone who can understand customer requirements, convert opportunities into business, and work closely with the operations team to ensure that commitments made to customers are delivered efficiently and profitably.
This structure is aligned with Singapore's logistics sector, where operational roles increasingly require stronger customer-centricity, data capability and the ability to work with digital systems and technology.
