Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan
Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
Work closely with stakeholders and the Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of product outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team
Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across internal divisions, government agencies, and third parties
Core Key Skills
Scrum certification
7+ years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile-scrum delivery environment
7+ years leading cross-functional Scrum teams
Experience delivering government or public sector digital products
Nice to Have
Experience in the GovTech technology stack
Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
Experience handling legacy tech systems
Good knowledge of government ICT policies and standards
