Full Time Logistics - Inventory Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in MyCareersFuture Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including freight booking, shipment tracking and timely delivery.

·       Liaisewith freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents for smooth cargo clearance.

·       Prepare and verify shipping and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, B/L and LC documents.

·       Use SAP to manage inventory, purchase requisitions, POs and sales/service orders.

·       Monitor stock levels, reorder points, stock ageing and inventory movement.

·       Monitor warehouse space and capacity to ensure sufficient space for incoming goods.

·       Manage regular, warranty, loan and rental inventory with proper tracking and documentation.

·       Trackwarranty claims and coordinate with relevant teams.

·       Maintain accurate records and provide updates on shipments, inventory and warehouse status.

·       Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory and warehouse efficiency.


Requirements

·       Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.

·       Minimum3 years of relevant logistics, inventory or warehouse experience.

·       Experience with SAP and inventory management preferred.

·       Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

·       Good communication and coordination skills.
