We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to drive the strategic engagement of AWS with healthcare customers in Singapore. This role represents the opportunity to help shape strategy and accelerate delivery of citizen services transformation on a national scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise selling background, with a proven track record of deepening customer relationship and expanding service adoption.

This is a quota-carrying, new-business-focused role requiring a proven ability to navigate complex government procurement environments, build executive relationships, and position cloud-native solutions that address mission-critical challenges.

Key job responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic focus within your patch by defining overarching mission, goals, and success metrics aligned with customer vision, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Technical, Professional Services, Support, Training, etc.) to deliver growth and high-value customer engagements.
• Advise and influence customer executives on cloud- and AI-enabled transformation strategies, enabling them to reimagine healthcare services, operating models, and patient engagement while delivering measurable value.
• Partner with Leaders to support you and the customer in accelerating adoption, delivering strategic programs of work and Think Big goals, and driving account growth.
• Identify, engage, and manage strategic partners (ISVs, SIs, consulting firms) to extend customer value, co-develop joint solutions, and accelerate transformation outcomes.
• Create Think Big opportunities within your customer base by thinking on their behalf, shaping new strategic initiatives, and delivering them in collaboration with customers and partners.
• Understand customer technical requirements and work closely with your technical team (solutions architects and specialists) to define requirements, and identify and quantify the benefits/value to be realized by the customer.

A day in the life You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, delivering on account strategies, identifying and building relationships with senior executives and key decision makers, working with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that drive great customer outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
• Experience in the field working with enterprise accounts
• Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Sector Sales experience
