Full Time Community Associate - Senior Associate Jobs, in INFINITY8 Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for Community Associate / Senior Community Associate for our team in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Penang.

As Community Associate, you will be the Brand Ambassador of INFINITY8, creating exceptional experiences for our members and visitors while representing our values and service excellence. You'll oversee the daily operations of your assigned branch, deliver outstanding customer service, foster a vibrant coworking community, and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless and premium workplace experience.

1) Be Our Brand Ambassador

• Be the face of INFINITY8 by welcoming members and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised service and effective communication.
• Conduct workspace tours and introduce prospective members to our facilities and services.

2) Branch Operations

• Be the branch person in-charge, ensure smooth daily branch operations in accordance with company SOPs.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional workspace.

3) Administration

• Manage tenancy agreements, invoices, receipts, documentation, and member records accurately.
• Coordinate member onboarding and backend administration.

4) Community & Events

• Organise community engagement activities and branch events.
• Support marketing initiatives and promote INFINITY8's products and services.

5) Facilities

• Perform routine branch inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintaining high standard of our workspace safety and cleanliness in accordance to our Health & Safety guideline.

Qualfication:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in coworking space, property management, hospitality, customer service, hotel, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools for daily operations.
• Multilingual proficiency – able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in one additional language to better serve our diverse international community.
• Positive, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours:

Johor Bahru: Monday to Thursday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

KL, Selangor & Penang: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
