Your Role
Assist Department Head in handling clients’ accounts
Day-to-day broking/claims administration
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
This is not a Sales position/role
Your Profile
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma holders, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Working experience in the insurance industry will be added advantage
Customer Orientated
Drive, Dedication and Determination
What makes you stand out?
Insurance Qualifications including certifications such as ComGI, BCP, PGI, or other equivalent relevant qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and meticulous
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Able to work independently as well as within a team
