Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform delivery and collection of goods, including packing of orders, stocks, and finished food items.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and upkeeping of all goods, including CPU (Central Production Unit) products.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring items are secured properly during transportation.
- Responsible for daily delivery duties of products to island-wide Compass Group outlets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Check deliveries against delivery orders to ensure correct quantities and condition of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organisation of delivery vehicle and storage areas.
- Ensure workplace and road safety at all times by complying with company safety policies and traffic regulations.
-Report any delivery issues, damages, delays, or incidents to the Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in basic inventory handling, including packing, sorting, and labelling of goods.
- Support general warehouse/ CPU operations when not on delivery duties.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess a valid Class 3 license with clean driving records
• Able to learn and adapt swiftly
• Able to work individually and as well as efficiently in a team
• Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all time
