Position: Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist

Tenure: 3-12 Months Contract (Renewable Contract Based on Experience)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: up to RM 4000.00 (Based on Experience)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate transportation and handling of customer shipments, including heavy-lift and oversized cargo.
• Arrange air, sea, barge, charter, multimodal transport, trucking, warehousing and other logistics services.
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements, KPIs, service standards and delivery commitments.
• Prepare shipping, customs, billing, quotation and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Manage customer enquiries, operational issues, vendors and stakeholders while driving problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Project Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Transport or Supply Chain.
• Experience with project, heavy-lift or oversized cargo is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of international freight operations, import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
