Full Time Cafe Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in FRENCH FOOD FACTORY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for experienced F&B individual to manage our halal certified cafe.
Job scope:

1) Responsible for daily smooth operations of cafe

2) Oversee purchasing of ingredients, packaging for daily operations.

3) Uphold good customer dine in experience at outlet.

4) Manage team of service and kitchen crew, including hiring, training and onboarding.

5) Ensure proper daily sales accounting, staff scheduling and reporting.
6) Work with marketing team on monthly and seasonal store promotions to drive sales.

7) Cross rotation opportunities across the company's food manufacturing, catering and new retail divisions.

Job requirements:
- good interpersonal skills
- able to work and manage team of diverse age group and nationality
- analytical with numbers and attention to details
- keen interest in food
- shift work (AM 10am to 7pm or 12pm to 9.30pm)
- able to work on weekends but 2 off days a week
