Full Time Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Senior Recruiter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 13,000 in Versatile Creation Kedah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational positions.
• Manage high-volume hiring, workforce ramp-ups and critical positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Support career fairs, industry events, university engagements and employer branding activities.
• Improve recruitment processes and implement scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, automotive, medical device or other fast-paced production environments.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce ramp-up projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners and various sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics to support decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Experience supporting plant expansion, greenfield projects or manufacturing start-ups is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and digital recruitment tools is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
