JOB VACANCY – MICROBIOLOGY LAB STAFF

We are looking for a Microbiology Lab Staff to join our team at a Beef Meat Processing Facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing and analysis on meat and food products.
• Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, finished products, and processing areas.
• Maintain proper laboratory records, test results, and documentation.
• Ensure laboratory equipment and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and laboratory procedures.
• Assist in monitoring the microbiological quality and safety of meat products.
• Report any abnormal or non-compliant test results to the relevant supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company food safety and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a food processing or microbiology laboratory is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and food hygiene.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Location: BUKIT RAMBAI , MALACCA
Position: Microbiology Lab Staff
Salary: Starting salary Rm2000.00
Working Hours: 8 am - 6pm
