Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Layer-2 technologies, developer tooling, scaling solutions, and competitor ecosystems to inform product direction.
- Translate business needs, ecosystem requirements, and protocol-level decisions into clear product specifications, feature requirements, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain product artifacts including user flows, technical requirement documents, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective design and delivery of product features.
- Assist in partner integration workflows including requirements scoping, solution alignment, and post-launch support.
- Manage product delivery timelines, track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
- Work with QA, security, and engineering to ensure product stability, performance, and release readiness.
- Monitor usage metrics, network analytics, and user feedback to identify areas of improvement in throughput, cost efficiency, stability, and developer experience.
- Recommend and drive product iterations based on data insights and ecosystem priorities.
- Ensure that product features align with best practices in network security, decentralization strategy, user protection, and regulatory awareness.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams where relevant to ensure appropriate safeguards in product releases.
