The Finance Executive will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end closing procedures. You will work closely with our senior accounting staff, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your career and gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of HQ Accounts and support monthly closing activities including preparation of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors for the audit of HQ Accounts including preparation of supporting schedules.
• Assist in payment processing and ensuring payments are paid in accordance to the payment schedules.
• Management of all bank accounts for all the entities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Audit experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and have a analytical mindset.
• Professional qualifications like ACCA or CPA are a plus.
