Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop technical support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office/M365 and hardwareissues.
• Support printers, peripherals and meeting-room equipment.
• Install, configure and relocate computers and software.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate when required.
• Support software patching, updates and upgrades.
• Support Microsoft Intune/ Entra and endpoint management.
• Perform asset management and software checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain basic technical documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Desktop/EUC/IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with desktop/laptop hardware and printers.
• Knowledge of Intune/Entra, patching and endpoint management.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ITIL, Microsoft or CompTIA certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and shifts at Clementi Campus.
