Job Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive customer retention and repeat business.
Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Gather and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate sales forecasts and follow-up activities.
Work closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
Travel across Asia for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience.
Experience in the metal stamping industry is preferred.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings for customer discussions and technical requirements.
Engineering qualification is not mandatory.
Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Comfortable working within a technical/manufacturing environment.
Willing to travel overseas across Asia when required.
