About Vicinity Events

Vicinity Events plans and delivers corporate and brand experiences — from intimate client activations to larger-scale programmes. We're looking for an Event Organiser to own day-to-day planning and on-ground execution alongside the team.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics (venue, vendors, run-of-show, F&B, AV)
• Manage timelines, checklists, and stakeholder updates from brief through wrap
• Liaise with clients, venues, and suppliers; chase quotes and confirmations
• Support on-site setup, show-calling, and teardown
• Track budgets, invoices, and post-event follow-ups
• Maintain vendor lists and improve playbooks for repeat event types

What we're looking for

• Experience in event organising / event coordination (corporate preferred)
• Strong organiser who thrives under deadline pressure and last-minute changes
• Clear written and spoken English; comfortable with client-facing communication
• Hands-on on event day; willing to work evenings/weekends when events require
• Comfortable with Google Workspace / project trackers; AV or production exposure is a plus
