Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support the Institution Lead in planning and delivering Facilities Development projects at Kent Ridge Campus, including project governance, design, procurement and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage infrastructure / A&A projects from feasibility to completion.
Develop project governance, processes and technical standards.
Lead design development, consultancy and construction procurement.
Manage consultants, contractors, project schedules and construction activities.
Review technical submissions, method statements, permits and materials.
Engage users and local authorities on project requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, scopes of work, reports and presentations.
Lead special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in complex, live-environment A&A projects.
Healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience preferred.
Owner/developer-side experience preferred.
Strong technical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with local authority requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
