Full Time Debt collector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Newvest Recoveries Selangor - Maukerja

• Contact customers by phone, email, or letter regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding debts and arrangepayment schedules.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers based on company policies.
• Keep accurate records of calls, payments, promises to pay, and customer information.
• Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on missed payments.
• Handle customer questions or disputes about outstanding balances.
• Escalate difficult or long-overdue accounts to supervisors or the appropriate department.
• Meet collection targets and follow company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication, even with difficult customers.
• Prepare collection reports and update account status in the company system.

Common requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
• Able to handle rejection, complaints, and stressful conversations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service, telesales, or collections experience can be an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
