Full Time Senior Accounts Executive (6 months Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Konica Minolta Business Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive on a 6-month contract basis to provide operational support to our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting month-end closing, financial reporting, intercompany billing, audit and tax matters, as well as other finance-related activities.

The role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working within tight reporting deadlines. The candidate will work closely with internal Finance team members, cross-functional departments, Group Finance, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion of finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end closing and ensure timely completion of financial reporting.
• Prepare intercompany invoices and billing schedules in line with agreed agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to gather information for Group reporting.
• Prepare and submit the Reporting Package (RP) within the required deadlines.
• Prepare P&L analysis and presentation materials for management meetings.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to generate sales and financial reports.
• Support annual statutory audit and provide required schedules, reconciliations, and documents.
• Assist with tax-related matters, including tax provisions, tax schedules, and IRAS queries.
• Prepare Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Transfer Pricing information for Group/Regional Finance.
• Provide general finance and accounting support and assist with other duties as required.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
