Role Description This is a full-time, on-site junior marketing role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, within a dynamic and fun work environment. The junior marketing professional will assist in executing marketing campaigns, supporting social media activities, and coordinating promotional events. Daily tasks include helping prepare marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and compiling reports for the marketing team. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across departments, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing activities. Training and mentorship will be provided to help build core marketing skills and support career growth.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, campaign planning, and basic market research.
• Ability to assist with social media management, content creation, and simple digital marketing activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling multiple tasks.
