About the Role

to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. In this role, you will oversee guest relations, lead and mentor our front-of-house service team, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors leaves with an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Experience:
Greet guests warmly, manage table seating flows, check in on dining experiences throughout service, and handle any guest feedback or complaints with grace and professionalism.
Team Leadership & Training:
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise hosts, servers, and bussers. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture.
Service Operations:
Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication, timely food delivery, and efficient table turnover during peak service hours.
Reservation & Event Management:
Oversee reservation platforms, manage private booking inquiries, and accommodate special guest requests.
Quality & Safety Standards:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and maintain immaculate dining room aesthetics and cleanliness at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of hospitality management or customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or upscale dining environment.
People Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with a natural passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Operational Know-How:
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and table management software.
Stamina & Flexibility:
Ability to work standing for extended periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant industry.
Problem-Solving:
A calm, proactive demeanor under pressure, capable of multitasking during high-volume rushes.
