Job Purpose

• To manage and coordinate Group-wide IT operations, strategic technology initiatives, and IT governance across headquarters and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Group-wide IT operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic IT plans and annual technology roadmaps.
• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives across subsidiaries.
• Establish standardised IT policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
• Monitor IT performance, operational risks, and service delivery standards.
• Lead IT budgeting, procurement planning, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate IT audits, compliance matters, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Provide strategic technology advisory support to Senior Management.
• Lead capability development and succession planning within the IT function.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Exposure to governance, audit, and enterprise risk management is advantageous.
• Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) environment.
• Strong exposure to IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity governance.
• Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and contract administration.
• Exposure to multi-entity/group-level IT operations would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant IT experience, with proven managerial and leadership experience.
