Full Time Fraud Management Specialist - CBGS SG Jobs, in CIMB Group - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end to end scam-related investigations by reviewing customer’s information, account activity and transactions trials.
• Ensure timely review and document investigation steps, evidence, findings, decisions and rationale clearly.
• Take or coordinate timely containment actions in accordance with approved procedures, including transaction holds / account restrictions.
• Escalate high-impact, complex, unusual cases promptly to the appropriate fraud, compliance or management.
• Recommend controls eg continued monitoring, account restriction or other risk mitigation measures.
• Support for satisfactory closure of scam related issues / gaps arising from Internal / External audts.
• Filing of EM, where required.
Conduct sharing session / training to CBGS team, where required.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, preferably in in Finance, Business or Accounting

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements

Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CFE will be an added advantage

Relevant Work Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant investigation-related experience (i.e. transaction monitoring) in the retail banking space or fraud investigations
Knowledge of Suspicious Transaction Report filing is an added advantage

• Good judgement under time pressure

• Clear written skills for investigation narratives, case decisions, escalations and reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases

• Able to take ownership of issues / tasks and drive to completion
