Full Time FOOD SAFETY QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Manna Pot Catering - Maukerja

• Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, products checking and sample retention and oversee food safety and hygiene practices across all catering & F&B operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food production, storage, and preparation areas.
• Implement and maintain food safety systems (ISO 22000) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on food hygiene and quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and safety, providing solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on food safety audits and incidents.
• Assist in lab test sampling schedule
• Assists in checking records, documents, and files.
• Attend to external auditors and internal auditors; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit)
• Implement and follow up on pest programme and rectification if required.
• Adhere to and enhance food safety SOPs
• Assist in development of food safety training materials and assessment plan.
• Detect any non-conformance and rectification immediately.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
