Full Time Senior Engineer cum QaQc Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Ifimajaya Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Site Engineering & Construction

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, programme, and site requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to the site team.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to the approved project programme.
• Identify technical issues, site constraints, and potential construction problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate site measurements, setting-out, inspections, and verification of completed works.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents before submission to the Consultant/Client.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Attend site meetings, technical meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical, construction, and coordination issues.

B. QA/QC Management

• Implement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance / Quality Control system in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), checklists, inspection forms, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct inspections with the Client, Consultant, Architect, Engineer, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all inspection requests are properly prepared, submitted, tracked, and closed out.
• Monitor construction activities and ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Monitor and verify material quality, certificates, test reports, and approved material submissions.
• Coordinate and monitor required site testing, including concrete, soil, compaction, waterproofing, and other project-specific tests.
• Review laboratory test results and ensure results meet project specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, tests, approvals, NCRs, material certificates, and quality documentation.
• Ensure Method Statements, ITPs, Checklists, Material Approvals, Inspection Records, and Test Reports are properly implemented and maintained.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections of subcontractor works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors' quality performance and ensure defective or non-compliant works are rectified promptly.

C. Documentation & Handover

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and quality records for the project.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Quality Reports, inspection status reports, NCR status reports, and quality-related progress reports.
• Maintain proper records for testing, inspection, approval, and rectification activities.
• Coordinate the compilation of QA/QC dossiers, testing records, inspection records, warranties, certificates, and handover documents.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of As-Built Drawings and project handover documentation where required.
• Ensure all outstanding quality issues are closed before project handover.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
