Job Summary

Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer service, supervise and schedule staff effectively, control stock and costs, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
• Supervise and create staff schedules to optimize team performance and coverage
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and promptly address customer feedback
• Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements
• Adapt to fast-paced work conditions and maintain operational efficiency
• Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support business needs
