About the Role
We are looking for a Service Orchestration Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of our fund and SPV administration services.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, client service and technology. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage key client relationships, lead the operations team, and work closely with our technology and engineering teams to improve and automate operational workflows.
As we continue to expand our fund administration and fund accounting capabilities, you will play a key role in building scalable, technology-enabled operations while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, compliance and client service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of fund and SPV administration services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and service quality.
- Oversee investor services and fund operations, including fund/sub-fund onboarding and offboarding and related operational requirements.
- Oversee fund accounting processes and reporting, including NAV and accounting deliverables.
- Lead, coach and develop the operations team, building strong operational capabilities and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing operational matters, complex queries and escalations.
- Orchestrate workflows across operations, technology and client service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
- Partner with technology and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into practical workflow improvements.
- Drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual processing and improve scalability.
- Continuously review and improve operational workflows as new tools and product capabilities are introduced.
- Support client onboarding and business development activities by providing operational and technical expertise.
- Ensure operational processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls and company standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate safeguards to protect data integrity and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in fund administration, fund accounting, SPV administration or related financial services operations.
- At least 2–3 years of team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong understanding of private market fund structures, fund accounting and fund administration processes.
- Experience managing client relationships and handling complex operational matters.
- Strong process improvement and problem-solving mindset, with an ability to look beyond existing ways of working.
- Comfortable collaborating with technology and engineering teams.
- Strong interest in how AI, automation and technology can reshape service delivery and fund operations.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear actions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional operations management role.
As Service Orchestration Manager, you will help connect people, processes and technology to create a more scalable service delivery model. Rather than simply managing existing workflows, you will help redesign how work is delivered — identifying what can be automated, where human expertise adds the most value, and how technology can create a better experience for both our clients and our team.
