Warehouse Executive (Scent & Care), Singapore

As a Warehouse Executive, you will support and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure activities are carried out efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety, quality, productivity and customer service requirements. You will support inventory management, SAP transactions, cycle counts, stock takes, reporting, audits and warehouse process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely execution of tasks and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

The Position:

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure activities are completed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
• Assist in staff rostering, resource planning, workload coordination and cost-effective operations within the warehouse
• Draft, review, implement and upload operational instructions, procedures and forms related to warehouse processes
• Maintain inventory records and support month-end inventory updates and billing activities
• Generate picklists and perform post goods issue for outbound deliveries
• Perform system goods receipt for direct and indirect goods
• Process system write-offs and conversion requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure availability of supplies from internal and external storage locations
• Manage replenishment of warehouse consumables
• Support and coordinate cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Participate in warehouse audits and assist in ensuring timely follow-up and closure of audit findings
• Support SAP testing, system enhancements and user acceptance testing where required
• Prepare and submit reports on key warehouse performance metrics
• Support monthly warehouse and 3rd party logistics performance reviews
• Assist in operational efficiency initiatives and process improvement activities
• Track, manage and maintain warehouse assets to ensure proper accountability
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with productivity, safety, quality, customer service and operational requirements
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external partners and relevant authorities where required
• Provide good customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by thew Warehouse Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Relevant experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of chemical handling or completion of Management of Hazardous Substances training will be an added advantage
• Demonstrates strong analytical, root cause analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to take ownership, manage stakeholders effectively and drive high-quality results with a customer-oriented mindset
• Proven track record in warehousing, logistics, supply chain management or operations
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in innovation, cost efficiency, space utilisation and operational effectiveness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support effective team management and cross functional collaboration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
