Japanese-speaking Order to cash, Order management Senior Officer

Your new role

As a Senior Officer, Order to Cash, you will manage end-to-end order management activities and coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include processing and monitoring orders, maintaining master data, tracking deliveries, resolving order-related issues, supporting billing and credit management activities, and managing customer complaints. You will also place replenishment purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Experience in order management and an understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
