Your new role
As a Japanese-speaking PTP Analyst, you will support Procure-to-Pay operations for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and query resolution. You will work closely with country finance teams and shared services stakeholders to achieve service level targets, maintain compliance with internal controls, support audits, drive process improvements, and contribute to finance-related projects and reporting initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
