Are you someone who enjoys running operations, taking ownership and making sure things get done?

GUAVA International is looking for a proactive Operations Executive to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, from anticipating customer requirements and coordinating orders to managing inventory, resolving issues and ensuring timely execution.

You will work closely with customers, Demand Planning, regional teams and internal functions to anticipate needs, coordinate requirements and solve problems. Your work will be critical to keeping customers supported, plans on track and operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively manage customer requirements and orders
• Anticipate customer needs and plan ahead
• Assess the operational impact of customer requirements and coordinate with the right teams
• Work with Demand Planning to support demand and operational planning
• Use ERP data to support planning and operational decisions
• Coordinate with regional and internal teams to keep requirements on track
• Prioritise, follow up and make sure things get done
• Identify issues early and take action to resolve them
• Support new product launches, projects and process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in operations, customer service, supply chain, order management or a related role
• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, AI and Excel is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
