Sales Manager (OTC /Consumer Healthcare)

Our client a supplement/consumer Medical/Healthcare/Cosmetic company, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Singapore team .

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth daily operations, and working closely with the Director to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall sales performance of the Singapore office, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to develop effective sales strategies.
• Oversee sales reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive growth in the medical/healthcare /Cosmetic business segment.
• Monitor sales results, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions.
• Manage daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR functions.
• Ensure strong coordination and teamwork across departments.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular business and sales performance reports to the Director.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and consumer market trends.
• Strong sales and business management experience
• Able to work hands-on in a small team environment
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
