Assistant Manager, Operations
- Accountable for unit’s profit & loss and supports regional rollout of key accounts.
- Develop strategies and programs to establish a centre of excellence for rework operations.
- Conduct operational audits and drive continuous improvement toward operational excellence.
- Lead warehousing and distribution functions, ensuring inventory accuracy and space optimization.
- Foster customer satisfaction, staff discipline, and compliance with EHS, quality, legal, and security standards.
