Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC milling machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
Perform tool setting, workpiece setup and machine adjustments.
Read technical drawings and use measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining issues and carry out basic machine maintenance.
Monitor production output to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow safety, 5S and quality procedures.
