Full Time Account Executive (3-Month Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Savills Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare and process accounting entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Monitor accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments accordingly.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
• Support audit activities by preparing schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external auditors when required.
• Undertake any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts is required.
• Experience using accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
