Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised and responsible Admin & Sales Executive to support our excavator machinery rental business. This role combines customer service, sales coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth daily rental operations.
Sales Responsibilities
Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries
Prepare machinery rental quotations and follow up with customers
Coordinate rental bookings with machinery owners and operators
Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business
Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices
Maintain rental schedules and customer records
Follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations
Job Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
Remuneration Details
Monthly Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Annual Leave: 14 days
Sales Commission: Subject to agreed KPI
AWS / Bonus: At company discretion
