Job Description

Responsibilities

The Intern, Performance Management supports the Performance Management team in administering employee surveys, analysing workforce data, and preparing management reports and presentations. The role is responsible for assisting in survey execution, data compilation, insight generation, and the development of visually impactful presentations to support decision-making and Human Capital initiatives.


This internship provides practical exposure to employee engagement, people analytics, performance management processes, and management reporting within a corporate environment.


Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and administration of employee surveys, pulse checks, engagement surveys, and other organizational assessments.
  • Support survey setup, testing, communication, and distribution.
  • Monitor survey participation and follow up with relevant stakeholders to improve response rates.
  • Compile, clean, validate, and organize survey responses.
  • Perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and key findings.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the reporting process.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations based on survey findings and workforce insights.
  • Create charts, graphs, dashboards, and visual summaries to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials for management meetings.
  • Liaise with employees and stakeholders regarding survey participation and data collection activities.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials and employee engagement updates.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc Human Capital projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance survey processes and reporting practices.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement activities.


Qualification / Requirement


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, charts, and basic data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with survey data and translating findings into meaningful business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Available for internship placement of at least 3 months
