Full Time Creative Designer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in DONNA IBOUTIQUE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Design and produce marketing materials including:

• Social media posts and advertisements

• Posters, flyers and brochures

• Promotional banners and signage

• EDMs and digital marketing materials

• In-store promotional materials

• Event and campaign artwork

Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on campaign requirements.

Ensure all designs are consistent with the Company's branding, guidelines, colours, fonts and visual identity.

Resize and adapt artwork for different platforms and marketing channels.

Edit and enhance photos and images where required.

Prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.

Work closely with the Marketing, Content Creator and Operations teams to understand campaign requirements.

Support promotional campaigns, new outlet openings, product launches and events.

Liaise with printers, vendors, photographers and external creative partners when required.

Maintain and organise design files, templates and creative assets.

Stay updated with current graphic design, advertising and social media trends.

Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Perform other design and marketing-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media or a related field is preferred.

At least 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

Good understanding of social media artwork specifications and digital advertising formats.

Strong attention to detail and good sense of aesthetics.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to work under tight deadlines and handle revisions professionally.

A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required/preferred.
