Provide administrative and office support to the legal team, including document preparation, correspondence, and file management.
Maintain client records, process file opening/closing, conduct KYC checks, and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate billing, monitor schedules and key deadlines, and support the firm's daily administrative operations.
Manage incoming calls, enquiries, visitors, office supplies, and assist with document archiving and retrieval.
Handle data entry and ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of administrative experience in a
law firm or professional services environment.
Familiar with
KYC procedures, client onboarding
, and Microsoft Office applications.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
