About the Role
Camarine Supervision Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven
Marketing Lead cum Operations
to support our business growth and day-to-day operations in Singapore.
This is a hands-on role combining
marketing, client engagement and operational coordination
. The successful candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to strengthen Camarine's market presence and ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand and market presence.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry mapping.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and business partners.
Prepare company profiles, marketing materials, presentations and other business development collateral.
Manage and enhance the company's LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels.
Plan and coordinate industry events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives.
Monitor market trends and provide management with relevant market intelligence.
Operations
Coordinate day-to-day commercial and operational activities across projects and client requirements.
Work closely with recruitment, project and management teams to ensure timely execution of assignments.
Coordinate with clients, candidates, contractors, vendors and business partners as required.
Monitor project and operational requirements, timelines and deliverables.
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
Prepare regular management reports on business development activities, client pipelines and operational matters.
Assist management in developing and improving internal processes and workflows.
Support other operational and administrative requirements as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related discipline
.
Minimum
5–8 years of relevant experience
in marketing, operations, professional services or a related industry.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms.
Experience creating marketing content, presentations and corporate communications.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented personality.
Experience in the
maritime, offshore, oil & gas, energy, engineering, recruitment or manpower services sectors
will be an advantage.
