About The Company

A premier, award-winning property developer based in Peninsular Malaysia, highly regarded for our track record in delivering iconic, high-density residential high-rises and integrated commercial projects ahead of schedule. Driven by our philosophy of quality, innovation, and design excellence, the company takes pride in managing developments to the highest of standards for consumers. The culture is fast-paced, practical, and highly execution-driven, offering a dynamic environment for ambitious property professionals to gain end-to-end exposure.

About The Job

As a Senior Project Executive, you will serve as a core operational link between project planning, site execution, and delivery. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will oversee day-to-day project operations—driving milestone delivery, coordinating consultant teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and budget constraints.

  • Project Coordination & Execution: Coordinate daily operations across consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects progress seamlessly from sub-structure to structural completion and architectural fit-out.
  • Authority Approvals & Statutory Submissions: Assist in driving statutory approvals, working alongside architects and engineers to liaise with local councils (DBKL/MBPJ/local authorities) and utility bodies.
  • Site Progress & Quality Monitoring: Conduct regular site inspections to audit work quality, resolve technical site queries, track baseline timelines, and enforce defect rectifications.
  • Cost Control & Value Engineering: Assist in evaluating variation orders (VOs), reviewing progress claims alongside quantity surveyors, and identifying cost-effective construction alternatives.
  • Handover & Vacant Possession (VP): Assist in the execution of testing & commissioning, joint inspections, defect liability management, and smooth VP delivery to purchasers.

Skills Or Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience within property development or main contracting or consultancy firm.
  • Teachable, have an attitude of lifelong learning and versatile.
