Voltaris Energy is a fast-growing solar energy company helping landed homeowners across Singapore make

the switch to solar.

We're looking for Sales Executives who are driven, good with people and want the opportunity to build

both their income and career in the growing renewable energy industry.

No solar experience is required. We provide full product, technical and sales training. What matters most

to us is your attitude, willingness to learn and determination to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Engage and meet with landed homeowners interested in solar

• Understand customers' needs and present suitable solar solutions

• Explain proposals, pricing, potential savings and the solar installation process

• Follow up with leads and guide customers through their decision

• Develop your own leads and referrals while also working with company-generated opportunities

• Build strong relationships and deliver a professional customer experience

• Work closely with our technical and operations teams throughout the sales process

Once a customer comes onboard, Voltaris supports the site assessment, system design, installation, SP

application, commissioning and after-sales process, allowing you to focus on your customers and sales.

What We're Looking For

Experience in solar isn't necessary. We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners

• Personable and able to build trust

• Self-motivated and disciplined

• Willing to prospect and develop new opportunities

• Consistent with follow-ups

• Hungry to learn and improve

• Prepared to put in the work required to succeed

• Serious about building a career in sales

Sales experience is an advantage, but attitude and ability matter more than qualifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary: S$2,000–S$3,000/month

• Commission starting from 5%, with higher tiers based on monthly sales performance

• Potential total earnings: S$5,000–S$8,000+ per month based on performance

• CPF contributions

• Annual leave

• Transport expenses claimable, subject to company limits

Our initial performance target is 5 residential solar sales per month.

How We Work

This is a hybrid, primarily field-based role.

You'll have flexibility in managing your schedule based on customer appointments and will regularly meet

homeowners at their properties.

We're looking for someone comfortable working independently, managing their own time and taking

ownership of their sales pipeline.
