Full Time ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER (A.R.E.) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in A&N INGENIEUR Federal Territory - Maukerja

The job role of a ARE involves the following duties:

• Experience : minimum 10 years in construction field
• Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications
• Measuring and quality checking building materials
• Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
• Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects and clients
• Keeping detailed records of work
• Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples
• Liaising with contractors, engineers and surveyors
• Checking that building regulations, health and safety, legal and ecological requirements are met
• Working between an office and construction sites.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

License/Certification:

• GREEN CARD CIDB (Required)
