Short Professional Job Description

The Service Administrator supports the Service Division by coordinating administrative activities, managing customer service requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring service jobs are processed efficiently from request through completion. Jebsen & Jessen Group of Companies currently has a Service Administrator opening in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities for the Service Division.
• Manage and follow up on customer service requests.
• Prepare service documentation, quotations, and records.
• Coordinate schedules and service activities with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Process invoices and related administrative documents.
• Follow up on outstanding service jobs and requests.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, and other departments.
• Prepare service reports and administrative updates.
• Support general Service Division operations.

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh ITE/polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
