Full Time Aesthetician - Beauty Consultant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,300 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working hours: 5.5 days work week

Straight Shift: 10AM to 7PM OR 11AM to 8PM.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Consultation & Conversion

• Lead all new-client consultations; conduct skin and lifestyle assessments

• Recommend the appropriate signature programme based on client concerns and goals

• Convert consultations into treatment and programme sign-ups

• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, education, and personalised aftercare

Treatment Delivery

• Ability to perform all signature programmes

• Refine and document treatment protocols, product layering, and sensory touchpoints (scent, music, pacing) alongside the founder

• Maintain impeccable hygiene, equipment care, and treatment-room standards at all times

• Document client outcomes, skin progression, and aftercare notes accurately in the CRM

Operations & Team Building

• Manage daily clinic operations: opening/closing, room turnover, inventory, equipment maintenance

• Codify treatment protocols and service standards into training materials and SOPs

• Manage stock levels for skincare products and consumables; liaise with suppliers

Brand & Standards

• Be the living embodiment of the brands' standard on every treatment bed

• Partner with the founder on service menu evolution, retail product curation, and client experience improvements

Qualification and Requirements:

• Experience in performing basic aesthetic or facial treatments is required

• Strong customer service and consultation skills

• Able to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments/programmes

• Good communication skills (English; additional languages is a plus)

• Comfortable with sales and converting consultations into treatment packages

• Responsible and detail-oriented, especially in maintaining hygiene and treatment standards

• Able to follow SOPs and support daily clinic operations (opening/closing, stock, etc.)

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
