Job Overview

We are recruiting a Procurement Manager to oversee supply chain and procurement operations for an established, growing F&B group operating multi-outlet dining, central kitchen, and large-scale event catering facilities. This role requires a hands-on expertise in Asian cuisine, premium fresh produce, live seafood, specialized meats, and hospitality supply networks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Strategy: Formulate procurement SOPs. Source, negotiate, and manage high-performing suppliers across fresh/live seafood, premium meats, dry goods, frozen items, equipment, and services.
• Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Lead pricing, contract, and rebate negotiations. Track market commodity trends to protect profit margins and manage the overall procurement budget.
• Operations & Inventory: Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle. Partner with Central Kitchen and Outlet Chefs to forecast demand, optimize stock rotation (FIFO), and reduce waste.
• Leadership & Compliance: Lead and develop the procurement team. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, audit compliance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6–10 years in procurement within the F&B, hospitality, banquet, or central kitchen sectors (non-halal F&B background strongly preferred), including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Domain Expertise: Strong product knowledge across fresh produce, live seafood grading, specialized meats, yield analysis, and volume catering needs.
• Industry Network: Established supplier network within the local F&B trade.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Proficient in ERP/inventory software, with strong contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
