Key responsibilities

Primary Role

• Daily inventory management, including receiving, issuing, counting and tracking

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records

• Conduct regular stock check, cycle counts and stocktaking

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, item descriptions, part number and relevant documents

Secondary role

• Routine final functional testing, product/material release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results.

• Performing product defect analysis.

• Conduct in-process and final inspection , including measurement checks and visual evaluations

• Follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified

• Provide relevant inventory and quality documentation

• Responsible for 5S housekeeping

• Perform other inventory, warehouse and quality related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum O level/Nitec/Diploma
• Experience in the engineering, industrial supplies or equipment industry
• Good attention to details
• Able to operate CMM machine
• Able to generate quality report
• Able to handle stock or equipment when required
• Familiar with usage of commonly-used QC testing / measuring instrument
