Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic & Health Screening Unit. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing and clinical support services, assist physicians during clinical assessments, and contribute to the smooth delivery of health screening and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and clinical support to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of outpatient and health screening services.
• Perform clinical procedures including blood sampling, vital signs assessment, BMI measurement, ECG and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI).
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and procedures as required.
• Coordinate health screening activities and ensure the smooth flow of patients throughout the screening process.
• Perform visual screening for fall risk, physiological parameters and pain, and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Prepare and type clinical reports and maintain accurate patient records.
• Promote and provide information on available Health Screening Packages to patients.
• Respond appropriately and assist during emergency situations and Code Blue activations.
• Adhere to established infection prevention and control practices and clinical safety standards.
• Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to the scheduled maintenance requirements.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with patients, their relatives and visitors.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
• Good basic computer literacy and ability to use relevant clinical or administrative systems.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient and health screening environment.
• Good teamwork, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
